Postcards G.O.D.
Yesterday, I found out that a little girl named Tessa had passed away after battling cancer for over five years. Her Grandmother, Dorothea nurtured this child every day with all the love in her heart.She was only ten years old when she passed away.This little girl was an inspiration to everyone she met, including me. Everyday was a precious commodity to her for which she wanted to embrace to the fullest. She would get chemotherapy weekly over cycles which lasted years, and still this shining little soul's spirit faced each day with hopeful anticipation.In my heart, her strength and perseverance lives on. I wrote this song for her Grandmother Dorothea. POSTCARDS G.O.D. The video for this is very beautiful with Parisian scenes all done in black and white grainy, with subtitles like a foreign film. I directed alot of the video, and had major input for the creative elements while in Paris and St. Tropez for the shoot. My mother was French, so I allowed this natural energy to lead me.
